Pi Network is probably no stranger to the community of making money online (MMO) because this is a hugely improved cryptocurrency mining project on the App platform. Mining is convenient, free, does not consume much energy from the device (Phone, tablet, ..) but instead you can turn off the Internet and still can dig, with many miners, you have the opportunity own more PI coins. So how to mine Pi Network ? Is this a potential mining project, please take a look at the article and review below.
What is Pi Network?
Pi Network is a cryptocurrency that is mined & mined for free through an application on a Smartphone or on a computer software - without consuming device resources like other mining devices.
During the process of mining Pi, your device does not have a good battery, does not need the application to run in the background and does not need to turn on the Internet during the mining process. You only need to turn on the Internet after 24 hours to access the application and only 1 touch can mine Pi completely free.
How is the mining capacity of Pi?
- Phase from 0 → 10K members: 3.1 Pi/h.
- The period from 10K → 100K members: 1.6 Pi/h.
- Phase from 100K → 1 million members: 0.8 Pi/h.
- The period from 1 million → 10 million members: 0.4 Pi/h.
- The period from 10 million → 100 million members: 0.2 Pi/h.
- Period from 100 million → 1 billion members (Currently): 0.1 Pi/h.
After completing the free mining phase, Pi Network will stop and start a new phase to prepare the future for Pi on the exchange.
Pi Network mining calculation formula
The Pi Network project started working on March 14, 2019 (Official Pi Day) , when developers launched their mobile apps. They then market it as a free, phone-friendly mobile mining app that you only need to visit once a day to continue mining yourself. Mining speed starts at 3.1 Pi/h and halves every time the number of users increases above a certain number.
The Pi Network mining formula depends on:
- Number of people you refer (F).
- The amount of Pi mining per hour – depends on the period in which Pi Network supports mining (In the future, the number of mining per hour will decrease gradually).
Formula: Mining Capacity = F x 25% x 0.1 Pi/h.
In there:
- F is the number of people you refer.
- 25% is % Pi Network shared back to you.
- 0.1 is the Pi/h mining rate in the current period (Initially this number is high gradually decreasing and later it may no longer be free to mine).
For example: You refer 100 people to mine Pi Network, your capacity will be:
Power = 10 x 25% x 0.1 Pi/h = 2.5 Pi/h.
Conclude:
- The more F, the more your mining power increases.
- When the number of members, the reward for miners will decrease.
In addition, you can increase mining performance by Turning on the security circle (VTBM) to increase the mining capacity of Pi with teammates.

How to get higher mining speed (Mining Pi)?
Pi's goal is to become the most widely distributed and used cryptocurrency in the world. To that end, Pi encourages its earliest participants to contribute to ensure the success of the Project (Example: Security and development of the Network).
In response to the importance of these early contributions, the rate of Pi mining will gradually decrease as more people join the Network. At this point, the base mining speed will be halved every time the number of active users increases by 10 times. This rate will eventually drop to zero when the Network reaches a certain number of users (e.g. 10 million or 100 million).
At that point, like Bitcoin, miners will continue to be rewarded with Pi through transaction fees and not through new mining.
There are 2 ways as I introduced above that are:
- Method 1: Introduce friends to join you in mining Pi Network for free.
- Method 2: To do this, you need at least 5 people to join you to activate the +0.1 Pi/h security circle.

Now your account has been authenticated via Method 1: Authenticate via Facebook
From the Menu (☰) go to the Profile section , you can see as shown below, your Phone Verification section is N/A which means you don't need to verify more Phone numbers.
The next thing you need to do is keep your Facebook account secure to avoid future loss through the article Instructions to set up 2-layer security for Facebook.
Take a few minutes to do this, not only to make sure you don't lose all your Pi in the future, but also to protect your own Facebook.
Create a Pi Network Security Circle
*Bonus: You will get an extra 0.1 Pi/h for completing the security circle.
The circle of security (VTBM), also known as a circle of trust, consists of 5 people that you think you trust and know that person. Multiple personal trust circles build a circle of trust and connect with many other secure circles around the globe that make up the Pi Network. Later, the Pi will be verified through these secure circles.
Nodes - As a computer software, keeping Pi, responsible for transaction confirmation, these Nodes get authentication information from these single trust circles around the globe to confirm Pi transfers. .
You have to do 3 mining sessions in a row, each session takes 24 hours, so you need 3 days to activate the security circle.
- You click on the 3 dashes and then select Roles
- In the Contributor section , select Start
- Next, you choose Add people to the group
- You add people who have Verified phone numbers do not add members Unverified phone numbers
- You choose 5 members to activate the security circle
- Selected 5 members in the security circle
- Next mining session you will get +0.1 Pi/h for successfully activating the security circle.
In addition, you can add 5 members by selecting in the contacts by the following way:
This way helps you increase Pi mining speed and own more Pi in the future.
