Where can I verify my account on the Binance website?
You can access the Identity Verification section in [User Center] - [Verification] or go directly here . You can also check your current verification level on the page, which helps determine the trading limit for your Binance account. To increase your limit, please complete the corresponding Identity Verification level.
How to complete Identity Verification on the Binance website? Step by step instructions
1. Log in to your Binance account and click [User Center] - [Identification] .
If you are a new user, you can directly click [Verify] on the homepage.
2. Here you can see the three levels of [Verified] , [Verified Plus] and [Verified Business] , as well as the respective deposit and withdrawal limits. Different countries have different limits. You can change your country by clicking the button next to [Country/Region of Residence] .
3. Then, click [Start Now] to verify the account.
4. Select your country of residence. Please make sure the country of residence is the same as the information on your ID.
You will then see a list of the verification requirements for each country/region. Click [Continue] .
5. Enter your personal information and click [Continue] .
Please ensure that all information entered matches your identification . You cannot change the information after you have pressed confirm.
6. Next, you need to upload a photo of your ID. Please select your ID type and the country it was issued to. Most users can choose to authenticate with their passport, identity card/ID card or driver's license. Please refer to the respective options for your country.
7. Follow the instructions to upload a photo of your document. Photographs of identification documents must be clear and detailed.
Example: If verifying with an ID card, you must take a photo of the front and back of the ID card.
Note: Please enable camera access on your device, or we won't be able to verify your identity.
Follow the instructions and place your ID in front of the camera. Click [Take Photo] to capture the front and back of your ID. Please make sure all information on the document is clearly visible. Click [Continue] to continue.
8. After uploading a photo of the document, the system will ask for a self-portrait. Click [Upload File] to upload an existing photo on your computer.
9. Then the system will ask you to complete face verification. Click [Continue] to complete face verification on your computer. Please do not wear hats, glasses or use filters, and make sure there is enough light.
Alternatively, you can hover over the QR code at the bottom right to complete the verification in the Binance app. Scan this QR code via the Binance app to complete the facial verification process.
10. Once done, please wait patiently. Binance will review your data as soon as possible. Once your information is verified, we will send you an email notification.
- During this process, do not reload the browser.
- You can try completing Identity Verification up to 10 times in a day. If 10 attempts are rejected within 24 hours, please wait another 24 hours before trying again.
